How do I delete my account?: In the app, open Settings and tap Delete My Account at the bottom. No app handy? Choose “Delete my account or data” in this form. What gets deleted
How do I cancel Toolix Pro?: Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel there. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Someone is harassing me or posted something that shouldn't be there.: Choose “Report a user or content” in the form and include their display name. We review every report and can remove content or suspend accounts.
I signed in with a different provider and my tools are gone.: Signing in with a different provider than usual (say, Apple instead of Google) can land you in a separate account. Sign in the way you did originally, then link the other provider under Settings → Linked Accounts.
